Preparing for pickup
Modern bikes often have large screens and heavy flywheels. Please ensure the bike is unplugged and any water bottles are removed. If the bike has a screen that can be folded down, please do so.
How removal works
Our crew will carry the bike out from wherever it's located—your bedroom, garage, or home gym. You don't need to move it yourself. If it's upstairs, just let us know.

Do I need to take the screen off my smart bike?
No, but you can if you're worried about it. We can haul the bike with the screen attached.
Can you take the bike from a second floor?
Yes, just mention the stairs when you ask for a quote.
Do you take other gym equipment too?
Yes, we can haul away weights, mats, and other fitness gear at the same time.
