Empty drawers required
For the safety of our crew and to ensure the items can be moved, all drawers must be completely empty. Please note that we do not provide document shredding services; you should dispose of or shred sensitive papers before we arrive.
Size and weight considerations
Some lateral or fireproof cabinets can be extremely heavy. Let us know the number of drawers and the material so we can bring the right equipment. If the cabinets are located upstairs, please mention that as well.

Common questions
Do you shred the papers inside?
No, we do not offer shredding services. All drawers must be emptied by the customer before pickup.
Can you remove heavy fireproof cabinets?
Yes, but please let us know ahead of time as these are much heavier than standard metal cabinets.
Do you take the keys?
If you have the keys, you can leave them in the lock, but it is not required.
