Common situations
Most people call us when a spare freezer in the garage finally quits, when they're upgrading to a new one, or when they're cleaning out a relative's home.
Before we pick it up
Please unplug the freezer and empty out all food and ice ahead of time. A freezer that's still full or freezing adds weight and makes it a messier job for everyone.
- Unplug it at least a day ahead if you can
- Remove all food, bags, and ice
- Defrost if there's built-up ice
- Leave doors open to air out, if possible
How removal works
Tell us where the freezer is and whether there are stairs or tight hallways involved. Freezers with refrigerant need proper handling — we'll let you know if there's an extra step involved for your unit before we schedule anything.
Photos help us quote faster
A quick photo of the freezer and the path we'll need to carry it through helps us give you a quote without guessing. Photos are optional, but they speed things up.
Service area
We pick up freezers from homes and businesses throughout Central Florida.
