Common situations
We pick up grills that have rusted through, stopped working, or are just being replaced with a new model.
Before pickup
Propane tanks generally can't be taken with the grill, so please remove the tank before we arrive. If the grill is hooked up to a natural gas line, that needs to be disconnected ahead of time too.
- Remove the propane tank before pickup
- Disconnect natural gas lines before we arrive
- Clear out any leftover ash from charcoal grills
- Let us know if it's built into an outdoor kitchen
How removal works
Once the tank is removed and any gas line is disconnected, we load up the grill and haul it off. Let us know if it's a large built-in unit, since those take more time.
Photos help us quote faster
