Weight and size are critical
Safes are exceptionally heavy. Before we can confirm a job, we need to know the approximate weight and dimensions of the safe. We also need to know if it is bolted to the floor or wall.
Important safety requirements
All safes must be completely empty before we arrive. We cannot transport safes that contain hazardous materials, ammunition, or any other restricted items. If the safe has an electronic lock, please ensure it is powered down.
Photos and details for a quote
To give you an accurate quote for safe removal, we require photos of the safe and the path to the exit. Please tell us if there are any stairs, narrow hallways, or uneven ground between the safe and our truck.

Can you open a safe if I lost the combination?
No, we do not offer locksmith services. The safe must be open or confirmed empty before we haul it away.
