Emptying the shelves
Please ensure all items are removed from the shelves before our crew arrives. We cannot haul away shelving units that are still loaded with goods or personal items.
Dismantling and unbolting
Many shelving systems are bolted to the floor or walls for safety. Please have these unbolted before we arrive. If you need help with disassembly, let us know when you request a quote.
Access and location
Tell us if the shelves are in a basement, an attic, or a tight retail aisle. Knowing the path to the exit helps our crew work more efficiently.
Photos for a free quote
Send us photos of the shelving you want gone. This helps us see the size and type of material so we can give you an accurate price for the removal.

Common questions
Do you take industrial warehouse racks?

Can you remove shelving from a closet?
Yes. If it's a built-in system, just let us know if it has already been detached from the wall.
Do you take the bins and baskets too?
Yes. If you have plastic bins or storage baskets on the shelves that you also want gone, just include them in your request.
