Unloading is required
All racks must be completely unloaded of all inventory, pallets, and products before our crew arrives to perform the removal.
Anchoring and floor bolts
Most pallet racks are anchored to the concrete floor. Please let us know if the racks have already been unbolted and dismantled, or if you need our crew to handle the breakdown.
Ask for details and photos
Industrial racking jobs vary greatly. We ask for photos and specific details (like height and quantity) first so we can say if we can take the job and provide a quote.
Warehouse access requirements
Tell us about your loading docks and if our trucks can enter the building. We need to know the ceiling height and if there is enough space for our crew to work safely.

If we are dismantling the racks, we can remove the beams and uprights. Note that we do not typically patch or repair the concrete floor after bolts are removed.
