Types of smokers we remove
We handle all kinds of heavy backyard cooking equipment.
- Offset barrel smokers
- Vertical water smokers
- Pellet grills and smokers
- Ceramic kamado-style grills
- Electric smokers
Preparation: Cool and clean
The smoker must be completely cool before we arrive. Please remove all ash and grease to prevent messes during the hauling process.
Propane tanks
We generally cannot take propane tanks. If you have a tank that needs disposal, please ask us first so we can check current regulations and our capacity.
Weight and size
Some smokers, especially ceramic or heavy steel models, are extremely heavy. Let us know what yours is made of so we can bring enough muscle to move it safely.
Access to the patio
If your smoker is on a back patio or deck, ensure there is a clear path for our crew. We need to know if there are any stairs or tight turns.

Common questions
Do you take the heavy ceramic Big Green Egg style grills?
Yes, we can take those. They are very heavy, so please let us know so we can prepare correctly.
Do I need to clean the inside?
You don't need to scrub it, but please remove all loose ash and excess grease so it doesn't spill during transport.
What if the smoker is built-in?
We typically only remove freestanding smokers. If yours is part of a built-in outdoor kitchen, please send photos so we can see if we can help.
