Common situations
We help with stoves pulled out during a remodel, replaced after years of use, or left behind after a move-out.
Before pickup
Electric stoves should be unplugged. Gas stoves need the gas line disconnected ahead of time — we don't disconnect gas lines, so this needs to be handled by you or a professional first.
- Disconnect gas lines before we arrive, on gas stoves
- Unplug electric stoves
- Clear items off the stovetop and out of the oven
- Pull it away from the wall if you can
How removal works
Once it's safely disconnected, we carry the stove out of your kitchen and load it for hauling. Mention stairs or tight kitchen entries so we're prepared.
Photos help us quote faster
A quick photo of the stove and its spot in the kitchen helps us quote it accurately.
