Commercial freezers we remove
We haul away various types of industrial and commercial freezing equipment once they are prepped for transport.
- Upright reach-in freezers
- Commercial chest freezers
- Display and ice cream freezers
- Worktop and undercounter freezers
- Blast chillers and specialized units
Defrosting and preparation
Freezers must be completely defrosted and drained of all water before pickup. We cannot transport units that are still full of ice or water.
Ensure the unit is unplugged and disconnected from any hard-wired electrical or plumbing lines.
Access and stair considerations
Let us know if the freezer is located on an upper floor or in a basement. Having access to a freight elevator or a loading dock makes the removal process much safer and faster.
Refrigerant and disconnection
Items must be safely disconnected and ready for removal before pickup when applicable. Space Back Junk Removals does not perform utility, gas, electrical, refrigerant, or plumbing disconnections, and we do not offer refrigerant recovery.
Tell us what you need gone
Reach out with the details of your freezer removal. Sending photos of the unit helps us see the size and weight so we can give you a firm quote.
Minimal business disruption
We work with your schedule to ensure the removal happens when it's most convenient for your staff and customers.
Common questions
Will you drain the freezer for me?
No. The freezer must be fully defrosted and dry before our crew arrives to load it.
Do you handle gas-powered freezers?
We can haul them away, but they must be safely disconnected from all gas lines and ready for removal before pickup. Space Back Junk Removals does not perform utility, gas, electrical, refrigerant, or plumbing disconnections.
Can you take multiple freezers at once?
Yes. Tell us how many units you have and send photos so we can bring the right truck and crew.
